10.8W Non-glue back a-Si+a-SiGe flexible solar module
10.8W LQM10.8T uses amorphous silicon(a-Si) and germanium-silicon alloy(Ge-Si) as the light absorbing layer in solar cell. It is about 1mm in thickness, can be folded or rolled-up.
LQM10.8T series flexible solar panel can be customized based on different requirements, like load voltage and power etc., with cells in series connection or parallel connection.
Features:
1. Lower temperature coefficient than crystalline silicon, permitting stable power generation at high temperatures, and good performance in low irradiance.
2. Easy installation without roof or substructure penetration

4. Each module is encapsulated with ETFE film that lasts for 25 or more years under outdoor conditions.
LQM10.8T are appropriate for numerous applications, from residences with metal or membrane roofs to public structures, office buildings and flexible surfaces such as tents,
blinds or curtains where conventional solar panels can not be installed.
Commercial and industrial rooftops, waterproof membranes, and other places where flexibility of the modules have advantages over the conventional crystalline type. |
